We are currently expanding the marketing team and are looking for a Middle Motion Designer. You will have the opportunity to work together with an experienced team, share expertise and grow quickly. Key area of ​​responsibility:

• Ideation: generation of the visual component of creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team
• Production: development video creatives for product promotion in advertising networks (Facebook, Tik-Tok, Snapchat, YouTube)
• Cooperation: close cooperation with the marketing department and discussing ideas for improving the work of existing creatives
• Experiments: testing new tools, effects, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work

• Creative research: analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design

Our expectations from candidates:

• Practical knowledge of After Effects(2 years), Photoshop(2 years) . PrimierPro (1 year)
• Practical knowledge of AI tools
• Practical use of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer) and similar
• Basic video shooting skills, knowledge basic principles of design, composition and colors
• High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements
• Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the scope of the project

• Competent assessment of time and resources needed to complete tasks, independent time management skills
