Middle Media-buyer in Command + A

We are Command+A, a performance agency. We do marketing for e-com, EdTech and bloggers. We are not about "successful success", but about real profit and systematicity.

We are now looking for a target analyst who has already worked on e-com projects and wants to work with normal budgets.

What are the tasks:

• Launch and scale: rotate Meta (FB/IG), maintain adequate ROAS
• Creative: come up with ideas, pitch to a designer, and then analyze why one creo took off and another didn't.
• Numbers: look at ROAS and CPA like family members.
• Reports: run simple analytics in Google Sheets and summarize weekly/monthly findings
• Team: you are not alone alone with the office, we work together and help each other)

What we expect from you:

• Experience in Meta Ads from 1.5 years.
• Cases specifically in e-commerce (sales, not just clicks).
• Working with budgets from $3k/month per project.
• Understanding how to test creatives, not just change images.
• Ability to adequately work with analytics (GA4 / GTM will plus).

What are the terms:

• Money: fixed + % from projects (there is no ceiling, everything depends on your result).
• Resources: you will have a designer, assistant)
