Middle Manual QA (Mobile+Web), Shafa in EVO

About the project:

Shafa.ua is a platform for buying and selling mainly clothes, shoes and accessories. There are cosmetics, perfumery, decor, author's products, sports goods, children's goods. First of all, system businesses with new products work on the platform. However, some people sell used branded goods, giving them a "new life". More than 5 million users visit Shafa every month.

We are looking for Middle Manual QA (Mobile+Web) for Shafa's QA Team with iOS and Android mobile application testing experience and willingness to directly influence the product, offer your features and develop towards testing. 

We work as a team where quality is a shared responsibility and product impact and QA initiative is part of our job. It is important for us that QA does not just check, but influence the product: ask questions, suggest improvements and be involved in development.

Tasks:

• testing of new and existing functionality of mobile applications on iOS, Android and WEB platforms

• Finding bugs and creating bug reports in Jira

• development and execution of test cases for manual testing

• maintain tasks in Jira in an up-to-date status

• regression testing after changes and releases

• collection of logs from applications

• resolve issues received from users through support

• participation in UI/UX product development

• retrieving data from the database

• support and creation of artifacts on the project

What else will be in the works:

• close interaction with developers, product managers, support team

• constant exchange of knowledge with experienced QAs of all EVO projects

What is important for this role:

• experience with testing iOS, Android mobile applications from 3+

• understanding the development and testing life cycle 

• understanding of the working principle of the client-server architecture

• ability to analyze project documentation to ensure full understanding of business and technical requirements

• experience with TestRail or similar (testomat.io)

• experience working in an Agile environment: Scrum

• ability to configure and work with mobile emulators

• experience working with mobile application logs

• SQL knowledge at the CRUD level

• using mobile development environments including Xcode and Android Studio, Fiddler, Charles proxy or alternative

• ability to provide clear and accurate reporting on test progress and results

• experience working with Jira

• experience in developing and supporting test documentation 

• proactivity, independence and attention to detail

Will be an advantage:

• GraphQL experience API testing experience

• WEB testing + working with Chrome DevTools Pre-intermediate English level

Technical Stack:

• Front End: React, Apollo / GraphQL, Typescript, CSS modules, Jest

• Back End: Monolith: Python3 / Django, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes. 

• Main Microservices: Async Python3, GRPC, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Apollo server
