We are Nectain, an AI-powered, expert-driven leader in Document Management Systems (DMS), with a strong ambition to become the leading provider in the US market. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Middle Manual QA to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on transformative projects within a dynamic environment, either from our Kyiv office or remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all testing phases, including requirements analysis, feedback provision, test case creation, and various types of testing.
• Develop and maintain test documentation (checklists, test plans, test cases, test protocols).
• Identify and document software defects and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Understand the target audience of our products and their business needs.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, software development methodologies, various testing types, approaches, and test design techniques.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of BPMN 2.0.
• Practical experience in API testing and understanding of REST principles.
• Experience with logs and tools (Google Chrome DevTools, Postman, Swagger).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have:

— Experience in DMS;

— Experience with Git;

— Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Language Proficiency:

English: B2 level or higher, enabling you to read technical documentation and communicate with international team members.
