Middle Manual QA Engineer in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that is engaged not only in development, but also in promotion own product. We are currently looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer-a to join our team.

Requirements:

• Manual QA work experience from 2 years;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence (documentation, task management);
• Knowledge of testing tools: Postman, Swagger, DevTools;
• Basic SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
• Understanding of testing processes and the software development life cycle;
• Experience writing and maintaining test documentation;
• Time management and the ability to set priorities.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in the CRM domain;
• Kibana, Elasticsearch skills (logging , data analysis);
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Beanstalkd (message queuing systems);
• Mobile testing applications;
• The desire to develop in the direction of automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manual testing of CRM systems (Backend and Frontend);
• Writing and conducting QA -documentation: test cases, checklists, description of implemented functionality;
• API testing using tools (Postman, Swagger);
• Working with developers to eliminate found bugs in new and existing functionality;
• Cooperation with business analysts to ensure product quality;
• Analysis of existing tests and implementation of improvements.
