What project we have for you

Our client is a well-known e-commerce retailer dedicated to enhancing women’s health and lifestyle through technology. Their mission is to inspire and support balanced fitness for women. Our role involves reviewing and implementing solutions for digital platforms, including mobile apps and Shopify products.

What you will do

• Participate in functional requirements analysis (including communication with customer
  representatives)
• Focus on solving complex tasks in a simple way with a given technology
• Participate in continuous improvements, including platform tooling and processes,
  implementing best practices and bringing on innovations
• Enforcement of non-functional requirements
• Perform code reviews and code optimisations
• Take responsibility and ownership of project components, master domain knowledge
• Mentor and supervise newcomers and less experienced engineers

What you need for this

• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge
• 2+ years of experience with React Native
• Experience with global state management libraries
• Understanding of OOP principles and SOLID
• Strong knowledge of functional programming concepts and other programming paradigms
• Experience with Unit/Integration tests
• Strong knowledge of React core, reconciliation, class components and lifecycle,
  advanced hooks, memorization, rendering optimization, error boundaries
• Ability to use different debugging tools (Flipper, Reactotron, Chrome DevTools) and
  understanding the pros and cons of different tools
• Ability to debug app via XCode and Android Studio
• Knowing different ways of rendering content in a scrollable container and understanding
  use cases for FlatList/SectionList/ScrollView
• Understanding Redux and its middlewares
• Experience with creating a screen’s UI/UX from scratch (including business logic)
• Understanding of Layout animations and Animated API
• Good knowledge of React-navigation library
• Ability to install/integrate 3rd-party libs and native modules
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English

Will be a plus:

• Git and CI/CD principles
• Experience in mobile application scalability, performance and security
