We are a product IT-company Galaktica , we work on our own product at the international level . Now we are actively expanding and in connection with this we are looking for a Middle IT Recruiter !

We are interested in a candidate who wants to become better than yesterday!

Therefore , from the very beginning we will provide you with four unique recruiting trainings worth $4,800 and up, which will be absolutely free for you.

They will help you:

  • Quickly and effectively evaluate candidates according to our HR metrics, understand whether the selected specialist is suitable for this vacancy;
  • Learn about the most effective recruiting tools and start using them;
  • Determine the personality of different psychotypes;
  • Grow to Senior Recruiter and choose the direction in which you will develop further.

    • You have 2 years of commercial experience as a recruiter;
    • You have experience working with LinkedIn and other job sites;
    • You know how to make business phone and video calls;
    • Successfully selected candidates for marketing and development teams;
    • You know how to do quality research on vacancies and candidates.

    It will be a plus:

    • You have experience working in a product IT company;
    • Worked and hired candidates for such positions as PPC and Facebook mediabuyer ;
    • You know how to work with outsourced recruitment companies;
    • You know English at the Intermediate+ level.
