We are interested in a candidate who wants to become better than yesterday!< /p>

They will help you:
- Quickly and effectively evaluate candidates according to our HR metrics, understand whether the selected specialist is suitable for this vacancy;
— Learn about the most effective recruiting tools and start using them;
— Determine the personality of different psychotypes;
— Grow to Senior Recruiter and choose the direction in which you will develop further.
In this position, you will need to solve the following tasks:
-You will find in the company Marketing, IT and Sale specialists of various levels, a stack of technologies, etc.;
-You will create vacancies and conduct initial interviews using special methods that we will teach you;
p>-You will fully control and participate in the entire hiring process: from the first call to the candidate leaving for work.
The composition of the team you will join:< /strong>
7 recruiters, 2 sourcers, 2 HR, HRD.
Skills and knowledge that are important to us:
video calls;-Successfully selected candidates for marketing and development teams;
-Know how to do quality research on vacancies and candidates.
It will be a plus:
-You have experience working in a product IT company;
-Worked and hired candidates for positions such as PPC and Facebook mediabuyer;
-Able to work with outsourced recruitment companies;
-You know English at the Intermediate+ level.
