Your main tasks:

• Collaboration with LLCs and Licks. and conducting an internal database;
• Celebration and conducting primary interviews;
• coordinate and plan interviews with work teams, provide recommendations and support throughout the interview process;
• . candidates;
• be aware of sectoral trends, market conditions and best practices in technical recruitment to constantly improve the processes and results of recruiting;
• support of projects aimed at developing corporate culture, improving HR processes; analysis.

• 2+ years in the IT industry in HRG/Recruiter; methods of selection and evaluation of candidates;
• High communication skills, ability to interact with different levels of employees;
