Right now we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team to work closely with managers and teams on all Employee Life Cycle processes and to be a coach for managers.

What you will do:
• Support and organization throughout the employee life cycle (50+ people in the area of ​​responsibility today);
• Assistance and support of managers in all people related issues;
• Development and implementation of new HR processes and products depending on business needs;
• Keeping the PeopleForce system HRIS up-to-date and administered.

What you will need for this:
• Experience in HR field 2-3 years in the position of HRPP or HRBP;
• Good understanding of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, conducting 1-1 with employees, supporting managers on various issues for their teams;
• Experience of implementing new processes from scratch;
• Experience in optimizing or improving old HR processes and products;
• Experience in supporting teams up to 50 to 100 people;
• Ability and understanding of how to build relationships, empathy;
• Business orientation;
• Systematicity, independence.

What will be a plus:
• Completion of professional courses on HR processes, coaching, facilitation;
