You would berunning such tasksas: Owning the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement &retention, offboarding); Employees career development (performance reviews, building atalent pool ofinternal employees); Monitoring ofemployees’ moods and satisfaction through 1:1 meetings and surveys; Conflict resolution and prevention; Managing employee benefits (medical insurance, benefits cafeteria, training compensation); Developing new orrevising existingHR policies and procedures; Handling HRMsystem. Required skills and expertise: 3+years ofexperience inHRManager/HR Generalist/People Partner role; Proven experience with all main stages ofthe employee lifecycle; Experience inFinTech/IT environment, with anunderstanding ofthe unique dynamics and challenges ofthe industry; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills High-level self-responsibility, empathy, and emotional intelligence; Flexibility and the ability towork inafast-paced environment; Ability totake ownership; Solid conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
