About the team:

Prom.ua marketing team is responsible for brand and its perception. Creates and places advertisements. Engages in attracting and retaining customers. Conducts research that impacts business decisions. 

Creating effective and recognizable visual solutions that reflect brand values ​​and contribute to the achievement of marketing goals is the motto designers 

We are currently looking for a graphic designer who can skillfully cope with the creation of visual meanings, likes to be creative in the direction of category advertising or branding of an internal company event, and also has a desire to work with trendy design tools.

For this role, it is important:

• over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
• be yourself with Figma (primarily), Photoshop, Illustrator< /li>
• experience working with design systems in Figma or brand guides
• readiness to present your works, ideas and argue their value and importance for the project
• ability to prioritize tasksand (we use Jira in our work)
• focus on the result (it is important not just to close the task, but understand and analyze what problem the design solves)
• interest in product development (Promchyka in our case )
• communication and friendliness (there will be a lot of communication, because we are a team that solves common tasks project)
• craving and love for non-standard tasks
• ability to prepare layouts for printing (a small part of the workload)

Will be an advantage:

• knowledge and experience work with Adobe After Effects or Blender/Cinema4d

Tasks:

< li style="font-weight: 400">development of banners for the portal, application and various external communications
• creating «templates » for social networks and presentations
• close cooperation with the production team, creating titles, breaks, covers for video materials
• creation and preparation of layouts for printing
• expanding and adapting the marketing brand book
• participating in brainstorming and creating various graphics
