Middle Graphic Designer (Motion) in CreditPlus

Our brands are CreditPlus andPlusCard. We are actively developing our own creative team, which is responsible for the full cycle of creating marketing materials: from the idea to adaptation in dozens of formats. That is why we are looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer who combines creativity, technical skill and a sense of brand.

Responsibilities:

• Developing creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, affiliate channels);
• Creation of motion graphics (animations, videos for social networks, stories, UGC style, banners, bumper ads, etc.);
• Preparation of static and adaptive banners, presentations, posters, landing pages;
• Preparation of creative adaptations for various platforms and formats and languages;
• Work in close cooperation with the marketing team, copywriters, product managers and the legal department;
• Participation in brainstorming and development of advertising campaign concepts;
• Preparation of creatives for email newsletters, push notifications, social networks;
• Work with the corporate identity of the company and its development.

Requirements:

• Experience of from 2 years in the position of Graphic or Motion Designer;
• Possession of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar - Figma, Affinity, DaVinci Resolve);
• Understanding the principles of composition, color, typography;
• Experience in creating short videos or animations (5-15 sec) for performance campaigns;
• Basic knowledge of UI design and content preparation for mobile applications - will be an advantage;
• English at the level of understanding technical tasks;
• Attention to details, speed and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with AI video / generative tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Sora, etc.).
