ZYN is the #1 brand of nicotine pouches in the USA* (this is a disclaimer, because lawyers say it should be), which is starting to reveal its potential in Ukraine.
We are creating a better customer experience in a niche and we are currently looking for a Middle+ Graphic Designer - someone who thinks visually, but understands the business and wants to create designs that are seen by millions.
Why it is interesting:
We have an "agency" inside the business. Creo, copy, design, ideas - everything is developed in-house, we hardly work with agencies. This role will allow you to fully influence the final product.

What you do in the role:
- Development of creative visual communications for IQOS and ZYN brands in Ukraine — from digital advertising as the main focus to supporting the visual style of content materials and social networks.
- Participation in creating creatives for campaigns at all stages: from the first idea to the final layout.
- Participation in scenario planning of creatives and brainstorms together with the communication team.
- Working on creative that is not just "translated from above", but developed and adapted to the local market and our consumers.
- Participation in large campaigns that are seen by millions of people. And which really work.
As for hard skills, it is important for us:
- Experience: 2+ years of work in online graphic design (freelance or studio is also suitable).
- Taste and creativity: the ability to combine aesthetics and functionality.
- Tools:
• Figma / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, other generative services) are a bonus. - Communication: you know how to defend your ideas and listen to the team.
- A portfolio is a must. Showcase your best work!
