Critical requirements for the candidate:
*Successful work experience as a graphic and digital designer from 3 years
* Understanding of marketing processes and tasks Team collaboration skills (marketing, content, development) to coordinate concepts and ideas.
* Work with creative design, illustration, collage
* Professional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create bitmap and vector graphics, logo design and illustrations.
* Experience in web design, understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles. Ability to create designs for digital platforms - websites, social networks and other online channels.
* Mastery of rotoscoping techniques for precise cutting and processing of objects.
* Ability to use AI tools to create graphics and improve concepts .
* Knowledge of requirements for web graphics, printed materials and preparation of files for printing or digital use.
* Work in various graphic and digital styles design

Functional duties:
* Development of high-quality graphic materials (logos, brochures, posters, infographics, etc.), that meet the requirements of projects and the company's brand book.
* Creation of design for digital platforms (websites, social networks, landing pages) taking into account current trends and requirements for various media.
* Improvement of visual concepts using AI tools for graphics, creation of new creative solutions for various projects.
* Effective cooperation with the team (marketing, content, development) to agree ideas and concepts, as well as active participation in briefings and presentations.
* Preparation design materials for various formats: print files, digital publications, web graphics as required.
* Achieve high quality and accuracy in all design projects, meeting deadlines, even working on several tasks at the same time.
* Implementation of new design trends and innovations in company projects, in particular through research and continuous improvement of skills.
