Middle Game Manager in Softsich

Areas of responsibility:

• Agreements on discounts with the provider to achieve the planned indicators. 

• Communication with game providers and aggregator: offers for local/network tournaments, positioning of games in the lobby, pre-releases. >Creation and filling of all necessary game categories and collections, positioning on the site.

• Control of adding new games to the necessary categories and their positioning on the site.

• Formation/analysis of reports.

• Regular re-sorting of lobby and project categories.

• Formation of a promo plan for month.

• Launch of network tournaments/pre-releases. Ordering the installation of banners, monitoring the launch of promos together with the content team. 

• Control of receiving discounts from providers and platforms.

• Teamwork with other departments (loyalty, retention, marketing, support ).

• Filling and managing new projects in terms of game management.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 1+ years of experience as a Game/Promo/Release Manager.

• Understanding the latest iGaming industry trends in various markets.

• Full understanding of metrics and their impact: RTP, Royalty, min/max bet, max multiplier, max exposure, bet/win amount, GGR.

• Experience in concluding agreements and further work with game providers, diplomatic skills.

• Good understanding of game mechanics and types.

Analytical skills and experience in presenting the results of your work in metrics and numbers.

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
