Role and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain an advanced web-based HRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to gather project requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code using modern programming practices.
- Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Create and integrate GraphQL APIs.

Essential Professional Skills:

- 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise in Node.js, Nest.js /Express.js, Typescript, TypeORM /Sequilize, Webpack, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and GraphQL.
- Proven track record of creating clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Probation Period: 3 months
