Middle Front End Developer (React) in Galaktica

• Perform front-end development tasks in accordance with project and design requirements;
• You will work on improving and optimizing the frontend code;
• You will collaborate with designers to implement the design idea in the code, and you will also interact with other developers, testers and project managers;
• You will work on the evaluation and implementation of new tools, libraries and approaches;
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos and retrospectives;
• You will deal with error correction, optimization and improvement of the existing front-end code.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• Deep understanding of working with React, including the use of hooks and component state management;
• Knowledge of modern patterns of component development;
• Possession of ES6+;
• High level of knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled-components);
• Knowledge of Redux;
• Experience of integration with RESTful API;
• Experience with Webpack;
• Experience configuring and using Husky to automate Git hooks;
• Deep understanding of ESLint setup and configuration to ensure compliance with code standards;
• Knowledge of Git for code base management;
• Experience optimizing web application performance, including reducing load times, minimizing memory usage, and reducing the number of component renders;
• Experience in large-scale projects with a large codebase, complex component structure and high performance requirements;
• Ability to design and maintain the architecture of scalable React applications;
• Understanding the importance of modularity and component reuse in large projects.
