We are looking for a talented and creative Front-End Developer to join the Beetroot family, work with our client from London, and help create a user-friendly and engaging interface for the HRS AI platform.

Our client is evolving from a well-being platform to a cutting-edge HRS AI company. The mission is to develop an AI-driven HRS platform that integrates seamlessly with traditional HRIS, enhancing both systems and enabling data-driven decision-making regarding a company’s human capital. This platform will feature advanced analytics and predictive capabilities.

You, as a Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing the visual and interactive elements of the HRS AI platform. This role involves working closely with the design and back-end development teams to create a seamless and engaging user experience.

What you’ll do in this role

• Develop responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement user interface components and ensure they are robust and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional and interactive code.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on potential improvements.
• Ensure that the application works well across different browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the front-end code.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the application.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Continuously improve the user experience by implementing feedback from users and stakeholders.

We’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, at least upper-intermediate level.
