Middle Front-End Developer in EvoPlay

Evoplay is one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine, which operates on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.

We are looking for a proactive and experiencedMiddle Front-End Developer, who will play a key role in improving the architectural solutions of our large-scale, high-load projects. The position requires technical responsibility and mentoring.

Functional responsibilities:

• Independent development and optimization of complex, high-performance React components.

• Design and implementation of architectural solutions (state management, data retrieval).

• Active participation in code reviews and promotion of best practices.

• Taking responsibility for refactoring and implementation of modern architectural solutions (e.g. SSR).

• Providing support and fixing complex bugs.

Must-Have Requirements:

1. HTML/CSS/Preprocessors:

   • Deep knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid).

   • Expertise in SASS (scalable styles, complex mixins).

2. Languages and Typing:

   • Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).

   • Mandatory expertise in TypeScript.

3. React and State Management:

   • Deep work experience with React.

   • Proficient in React Context API.

   • Expertise in Redux and Redux-Saga (to control asynchronous operations).

4. Communication and Data:

   • Experience with REST API / GraphQL.

   • Hands-on experience implementation of WebSocket (real-time data).

   • Understanding the mechanisms of Cookies and client data storage.

5. Architecture and Integration:

   • Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

   • Familiarity with the backend environment (Node.js/Express) for Full-Stack integrations.

6. Quality and Tools:

   • Advanced knowledge of Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).

   • Expert debugging and performance analysis using Chrome DevTools.

   • High standard of code quality (perfectionism and optimization).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Canvas API.

• Experience in developing large-scale portals with high traffic.

• Experience with frameworks for testing (eg Jest, React Testing Library).
