Middle Event Manager in appflame

We are a product IT company appflame. We create life-changing and category-defining products. Territorially we are located in Ukraine, realistically - all over the world.

You will:

• Plan sports events for the year, organize them from A to Z;
• Lead the process of signing contracts and making payments with external contractors of the Finance and Legal departments ;
• Control all internal events (team building, sports groups, holidays, Night Talks);
• Organize greetings and gifts for employees and partners;
• Prepare a report video about the year's results; /li>
• Organize trips as part of appflame camp (generation of ideas, reservations, contracts, payments);
• Make greetings with holidays and events in the internal chat (postcards - development of layouts, printing, their timely dispatch);
• Help in the organization of corporate events.
  

From you:

• Proficient in MS Office;
• Experience working with documents: estimates, invoices, contracts and reports;
• Competent oral and written language — Ukrainian and English;
• Basic skills of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, friendliness.
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience in organizing events for 300+ people.
