We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Middle E-mail Marketing Manager. ✅ Your future tasks: management of product e-mail communications (implementation of strategy and marketing plan); work with other direct communication channels (sms, web-push, on-site notifications, in-app notifications, messengers); development and implementation of omnichannel communications for projects, and as well as trigger omnichannel communications, including sending email, on site push and sms; automation of regular campaigns, including ordering content and sending via email, on site push and sms communication channels); implementation of A/B testing: organization, optimization, analysis; work with content: setting tasks for design and copywriting, layout and coordination of templates; analytics and optimization of existing communications based on channel metrics; implementation of strategies to increase the relevant subscription base and coverage of communications; work with channel reputation, research and control of domain reputation, improvement of indicators, search ways of solving emerging issues; compiling documentation on the product communications map; providing reports based on the work performed. 💪 Your skills: knowledge and experience of working with ESP platforms (FastTrack, Smartsender, customerio, klavyo, e-sputnik, etc.); work experience with the reputation of the channel, knowledge of key metrics; experience of conducting A/B tests; experience of working with such tools: direct communications platforms (SMS, web-push, on-site notifications); HTML/CSS, email frameworks (amp for email, mjml, etc.); Web analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.); task management platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.); design tools (Figma).🌟 Our advantages: we like tasks with an asterisk, because they reveal potential; we speak directly and simply, even about complex things; we don't like bureaucracy and outdated approaches - we give freedom of action; we have our own capacity to create technological solutions from scratch; we use cloud storage, Kubernetes and other components of digital maturity;  we strive to automate the routine to use time for development and professional growth within the company; we offer a clear career plan with Performance Review, trainings, mentoring programs, the opportunity to partially work on additional projects to test other technologies.  🍪 Mast-hev: hybrid work - work from home or from the office, where there is everything for your comfort and safety; flexible start of the working day - start when it's convenient for you; 20 days of paid vacation, public holidays and sick leave - we are for work life balance; medical insurance in top clinics - we care about your health; Benefit cafe - spend monthly on hobbies, hobbies, sports, etc.; events - take part in master classes, visit team building and corporate parties; training, education and more study time - an individual budget for courses, corporate English, workshops and an online library.
