Middle Creative Marketing Manager - Storyby in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

And one of our businesses is actively growing, it is Storyby  – an entertainment tech business that turns novels into short series. Storyby is dedicated to changing the way stories are told in the digital age, offering new opportunities for collaboration and creative expression.

We currently have two products:

• Our app Alphanovel has helped independent authors publish their work to an audience of millions and earn money.

• Our Dramashorts App has started to pay off. in a matter of days. It already has more than 50 films, of which 8 are exclusive.

We support Ukrainian cinematography, all our films are shot with Ukrainian actors and Ukrainian production. Now this is our main focus, we are growing fast, we have grown 3 times in the last 6 months alone. 

Therefore, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our marketing team of 25 people and create stellar trailers and stories for our films.

What challenges await:

• Creating exciting creative concepts that will fall in love with millions.

• Analyzing the fast and dynamic market of romance novel.

• Find an emotional "hook" that will touch a wide audience.

Your area of responsibility will include:

• Create ideas for advertising campaigns that help attract new users through performance channels.

• Work together with the team - designers, marketers, products - to quickly and efficiently launch new ideas.

• Prepare tasks (briefs) for designers.

• Follow news and trends in the niche to come up with modern and relevant creatives that attract attention.

• Study the behavior of our audience and use this knowledge to make creatives more accurate and interesting.

• Execute and moderate brainstorms, actively participate in team discussions and idea generation.

• Evaluate how creatives worked and suggest how to improve or rework them.

What is important to us:

• 1+ years of experience in Creative/performance marketing or Creative Scriptwriting.

• Knowledge of English at the level B2+.
