The primary objective of this position is to ensure the high-quality documentation of business processes in the form of textual regulations, procedures, work instructions, and graphical models (BPMN). Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop process descriptions and be part of the Business Process Management team that ensures a seamless connection between process descriptions and automation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process documentation. An IT business will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Ability to create clear and structured textual instructions and procedures.
- Understanding process management methodologies (BPM, Lean) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and gather information from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain textual documents: regulations, procedures, work instructions (for processes as well as for tools and services used by the company). Ensure regular review and actualization—communication of the change.
- Model processes using BPMN 2.0 (create diagrams, validate with business and IT teams) as a part of the document that will make further automation faster.
- Ensure all documentation complies with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams, the IT Team, the Finance team, Human Capital, and the Business Process Development teams.
- Keep documentation up to date when processes change.
