Middle + Business analyst - Gidno in KOHANSTUDIO

Public organization "Gidno", engaged in anti-corruption analytics and support of digitalization of public services in Ukraine, is looking for a Business Analyst for projects related to the creation and modification of state registers of Ukraine.

Main duties

• Communication with clients and key users to identify and formalize business processes and requirements.
• Description and analysis of business processes in order to transfer them to information systems.
• Interaction with the development team to determine the needs for product functionality and make decisions regarding the implementation of new functions.

• Analysis of user data and feedback to understand interaction with the product and find ways to improve it.
• Identification of weak points in processes and their follow-up optimization.
• Support and development of software products (creation of technical documentation, presentations, etc.).

Basic requirements

• 3 + years of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of software development.
• Ability to document analysis results in detail to effectively reflect business requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems with taking into account the technical aspects.
• Willingness and ability to delve into details when necessary.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Understanding and formalization of user workflows.
• li>Skills in project change management, including documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and understanding of the role of the business analyst in
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to learn quickly.
• Practical experience of working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge and ability to work with tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Git, SQL, Excel, Draw.io, Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of methods for building business processes (BPMN/UML) case, user story, user guide, user manual).
• Basic experience of manual testing (test cases, functional testing, smoke, edge cases).
• Experience with prototyping tools ( Figma, Axure).

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in government (gov) projects.
• Understanding client-server architecture and cloud solutions.
• Experience with "Diya engine".
• Experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher), preferably technical or economic.
• Knowledge English at the Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level will be an additional advantage.
