Middle Business Analyst (FinTech)

A Loan Management System (LMS) is a web application used for loan servicing tasks. The system will automate many aspects of loan management, from origination (the process of creating new loans) to servicing (managing ongoing loan payments), collection, and reporting.

And we are currently looking for a Middle Business analyst.

What should you do?

• gathering, summarising and processing information from the customer
• supporting customers in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements
• making research and analysis of obtained information
• presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team
• writing the functional requirements, technical specifications and user stories/use cases
• creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when it necessary

What do we need?

• understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow
• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation
• spoken English — Advanced level
• experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements
• prototyping experience (low fidelity, experience in wireframing or sketching)
• analytical capabilities, and structural mindset

Bonus skills:

• experience in Loan management system business domain
• technical background as a Developer
• experience with user interface design patterns
• knowledge of any programming language (reading/understanding level)
