Middle Business Analyst (B2B/Helsi Pro) (ID 208) in HELSI

Helsi is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 7.8 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 healthcare institutions and more than 37,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is important to us:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 -x years and above

• Experience working on WEB applications

• Experience working with functional and non-functional requirements

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro tools and BPMN notation

• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

• Availability of cases that you can talk about

What will need to be done:

• Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders , identification of needs and formation of product requirements

• Development and documentation of requirements

• Design, support for the development and implementation of new functionality

• Support and development of existing functionality

• Monitoring and evaluation of the level of user satisfaction with new functionality and changes in it

• Participation in team stand-ups

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the medical domain

• Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and conducting UX research

• Experience with SQL, NoSQL
