About the project:Market Core team specializes in backend development of Marketplace Rozetka projects.

We are looking for business analytics, which will help improve our processes, analyze requirements and implement effective solutions.

What to do:

• Gathering requirements: Determining customer needs through meetings, surveys and business process analysis. Formulating clear business requirements that lie in the basis of further development.
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of documentation, including business cases, technical specifications and performance reports.Update of documentation according to changes in requirements or processes.
• Business analysis processes: Analysis of existing business processes with the aim of identifying opportunities for optimization.Development of recommendations for improving processes and reducing costs.
• Cooperation with the development team: Setting tasks for the development team and accompanying them at all stages of the project in rallies and meetings such as Demo to discuss progress and receive feedback.
• Stakeholder support: Regular communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations. Approval of important decisions and changes in the project.
• Testing: Support testing processes to verify the compliance of the developed solutions with the requirements. Gathering feedback from users to improve the product.
• Evaluation of results: Analysis of the results of project implementation and functionality of solutions.
• Conducting surveys to assess user satisfaction and identify problems.

What is needed for this:

• Experience in the position of System Analyst /Business Analyst in web projects from 2 years;
• Practical experience in collecting and formalizing requirements;
• Understanding the mechanisms and main ways of integration between information systems;
• Analytical mindset, ability to learn quickly;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence;
• Practical experience with Postman (API), Swagger.

• Understanding SQL;
• Availability of certifications or work experience of Scrum Master, PM.
