Middle Backend Engineer (Python)

Required skills

— 4+ years of experience as a software engineer;
— Proficient with Python;
— Strong MongoDB knowledge and experience with database design and optimization;
— Experience designing distributed systems and understanding of queues, caches, etc.;
— Proficiency with UNIX environments;
— Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

Preferred Qualities

— Experience with Flask and GraphQL;
— Experience with Kubernetes;
— Familiarity with the music industry.

Responsibilities

— Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Flask, GraphQL), MongoDB, and RabbitMQ;
— Collaborate on the architecture of distributed systems, queues, and caches to optimize data processing;
— Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment pipeline (Jenkins, Kubernetes);
— Mentor and support less experienced colleagues.
