Middle Backend Engineer (Node.js) - Dressly in SKELAR

Now we are scaling the team and looking for a Middle Backend Engineer (Node.js) at Dressly.

Dressly is a business changing the fashion industry through AI technologies and a personalized approach. We create personalized fashion solutions that help people be themselves and not be afraid to express themselves.

We started in 2024 and have grown x4 in the last six months. In 2026, we plan to increase x5 compared to 2025. The demand is confirmed, we have a stable flow of users. That's why we at Dressly are currently scaling the team and looking for a Backend Engineer.

What is important to us:

• You have 3+ years of experience in back-end development with Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript.

• You are an engineer, not a "framework developer": you understand how tools work "under the hood", not just their you use.

• You work iteratively: the principle of "we do, check, improve" is about you.

• You know how to prioritize: you separate the important from the secondary.

• You are interested in new technologies, trends and AI, actively share knowledge with the team.

• You feel responsible for the code you create for users.

Your area of responsibility will include:

• Development and support of AI-powered platform architecture.

• Development and support of APIs for client interfaces and integrations.

• Solve user problems while achieving business goals.

• Monitoring, logging and performance optimization services in GCP, including work with GKE.

• Conducting constructive code reviews.

• Adherence to best engineering practices, application of SOLID and GRASP principles in code development.

Technology stack:

• Frontend: TypeScript, NextJS (React), React Native, GraphQL;

• Backend: TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL;

• Infrastructure: GCP, Github.
