Requirements:

• From 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);
• Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
• Ability to find and attract a B2B audience: partners, distributors, businesses;
• Skills of strategic thinking and development of partner programs;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of partner campaigns;
• Experience with marketplaces or marketplace integration/implementation;
• The level of English is C1.

Responsibilities:

• Partner program management, development and implementation;
• Search and attraction of B2B audience (partner programs);
• Development of proposals for the B2C audience (motivation system within the platform);
• Development and implementation of the strategy of partner programs for B2B and B2C;
• Analysis and reporting on the results of partner campaigns;
• Participation in the development of internal CRM processes of the partner management system.
