Hard Skills:

  1. < b> Experience in B2B sales: you have more than 1 year of experience in B2B sales, you know and understand the sales process well and in detail, you know how to identify and handle customer needs.
  2. Experience with CRM: with the help of analytics, you monitor your results. Tell us about your achievements in increasing conversion and average check.
  3. Using the SPIN methodology: you conduct meetings effectively because you use SPIN, which makes it clear what questions to ask to discover the client's need.

Not a must have, but it will be an advantage:

  1. Experience in B2B sales of Telecom services or Software products.

  2. Organization: you know how to prioritize wisely and write down all the important information so you don't forget anything. You are allergic to chaos :)

  1. Negotiations with clients (100% Inbound), using Ringostat performance standards.
  2. Identification and formation of customer needs according to the SPIN methodology, for their further satisfaction with Ringostat products.
  3. Conducting demo presentations of Ringostat products, according to work standards.
  4. Works with objections.
  5. Closing dealsand executing your sales plan.
  6. Execution of indicators: conversion, average check, deal cycle.
  7. Keeping complete, timely and accurate records in the CRM system.
  8. Effective interaction with other departments, with the aim of fully supporting the client, from the moment of initial contact to the moment of fulfillment of obligations (first sale): Support, Customer Success, Finance/Accounting, etc.

As a result, you will help our customers and partners become more effective and efficient using our products and solutions.

  1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
  2. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
