Hey👋, Eddy LMS is a Ukrainian educational startup designed to facilitate and modernize the educational process.

We have created not just a high-quality platform, but a full-fledged educational ecosystem with more than a hundred different functions for teachers, students and parents. Educational institutions all over Ukraine are already using our product and their number is growing exponentially.

So we are looking for a business analyst who knows what SDLC is and is not afraid of User Stories or Use Cases.

🧑‍💻Responsibilities:

—Conducting interviews with users and creating online surveys

—Conducting full Discovery phase and competitor analysis

—Development and analysis of business requirements and creation of specifications

—Close cooperation with designers to create UX/UI mockups for desktop and mobile applications

—Writing documentation for developers

—Continuous management, prioritization and updating of the product backlog

—Intensive interaction with the development, support, accounting and QA team

💪You will need:

- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or product manager

- Experience with Jira/Confluence/Figma < /b>

—Ability to analyze business processes and formulate clear business requirements

—Backlog prioritization skills

—Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills problems

- Practical experience in writing User Stories and building Use Cases

- Effective decision-making skills and a result-oriented approach;

— Ability to clearly convey thoughts in writing

— Love for details and structuring of information

— Very good memory

— Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts and completed projects *

Will be a plus:

- Jira administration skills

- Development process optimization skills

< b> Recruiting process:

1) Evaluation of CV and portfolio

2) Filling out the questionnaire (15 min)

3) HR interview (30 min)

4) Test assignment (2 hours)

5) Final with Product Owner (1 hour)
