Key objectives of positions:
- Maintain strong partnership relations with Microsoft, develop and increase their effectiveness.

Tasks and activities:< /strong>
1. Partnership withMicrosoft:
- Conduct system communication, establish new relationships with Microsoft representatives to support current partnership, achievement agreements on new terms of cooperation, participation in activities, discussion of strategic plans.
- Monitor changes and innovations in the partnership system, policies, decisions, strategies of Microsoft; keep a finger on the pulse of new opportunities from Microsoft for the development of Innoware's business and for end customers.
- Ensure correct and up-to-date display of Innoware on portals, programs, and other Microsoft resources. Work with the Microsoft Partner Center, monitor the relevance of information.
2. Internal team support:
- Conduct system communication with internal stakeholders regarding the terms of cooperation with Microsoft, inform about changes and new opportunities - programs, solutions, policies, licensing; share all useful information, news related to partnership and the market of Microsoft solutions.
- Maintain the relevance of current and develop new information materials that help internal stakeholders in working with customers.
- Organize interaction with Microsoft regarding joint marketing - webinars, forums, preparation of PR materials, etc.
- Ensure compliance of Innoware marketing activities, materials, and localization solutions with Microsoft brand standards.
- If necessary, participate in negotiations with Enterprise-level clients, in the preparation of proposals for such clients.

3. Professional development:
- Take Microsoft and Innoware trainings, seminars.
- Systematically collect and analyze competitor and customer market data related to Microsoft solutions, use these data for strategic planning.
Qualification:
- Experience in managing a partnership with an international IT/technology vendor - Microsoft or SAP, Oracle, IBM, Google, Amazon, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft, etc.
- Experience in cross-functional work and relationship management with specialists in various positions.
- Deep understanding of business needs in IT solutions, their types and purpose.
- Confident mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft solution ecosystem, the Dynamics line, will be an advantage 365 in particular.
- Knowledge of languages: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including conversational), fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Higher education – economic or IT.
