We continue to grow and are looking for a specialist/infrastructure solutions specialist forimplementation and modernization of Microsoft infrastructure services at the company's clients.

Tasks:

• Planning and implementation of fault-tolerant virtualization systems based on VMWare solutions (VCenter, NSX-T, vSAN, HCX).
• Building VDI solutions based on Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft Remote Services.

• Planning and implementation of Microsoft ground services (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, System Center product line, SCOM, SCCM, etc.).
• Development and implementation of group policies, and basic systems and mechanisms of infrastructure information protection.
• Conducting customer infrastructure audits, identifying and describing risks, developing infrastructure transformation plans.
• Modernization and updating to current versions Microsoft services that operate under the management of outdated software versions removed from support by the manufacturer.
• Preparation and agreement with technical by specialists of customers of work plans, in their area of ​​responsibility, including labor costs and a calendar plan.
• Maintenance of technical documentation on systems and performed works.
• Planning and implementation of ground infrastructure backup systems.
• Implementation of infrastructure monitoring based on Microsoft System Center Operation Manager and Zabbix systems.
• Compilation of license specifications for Microsoft / VMWare products needed by customers in the framework of systems implementation and modernization projects.
• Active participation in the work of the Infrastructure team for the implementation of complex projects that include cloud components, IT services and Linux systems.
• li>Implementation of the competence development plan and obtaining certification in the direction of Microsoft Azure / Office 365 and other infrastructure products in the market.
• Communication with the internal team and technical specialists of customers and contractors and vendors.

Requirements:

• Experience in implementation, configuration and support of VMWare virtualization infrastructure using VCenter, NSX-T, vSAN and HCX technologies.
• Experience in implementation, configuration and support of workplace virtualization systems ( VDI) based on VMware Horizon and/or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Integration of systems into the corporate environment, access settings, security and user profiles, performance optimization, as well as ensuring high availability and redundancy.
• Experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, development and implementationimplementation of group policies.
• Experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining the Microsoft Exchange OnPrem infrastructure, ensuring high availability of the service, solving operational problems, and backup and recovery procedures.
• 3+ years of experience in similar position / position of system administrator.
