You will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide training and support in the use of Microsoft 365 services. In addition, you will also participate in pre-sale activities. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in managing their environments Microsoft 365, including performance monitoring, detection of security issues, and application of updates. Providing support and troubleshooting for customers with their Microsoft 365 environments, answering queries, troubleshooting, providing advice on how to use Microsoft 365. Providing training and support to customers to optimize their investment in Microsoft 365. Helping customers implement Microsoft 365 services.
