General information

(hereinafter referred to as the Fund)-recognized as a human rights movement leader in Ukraine.  The Foundation has powerful positions in the field of protection of internal-transformed rights (IDPs), refugees and stateless persons. Since the beginning of the military conflict in eastern Ukraine, the Fund monitors the situation of IDP rights protection, providing legal and psychosocial assistance and intensifying the humanitarian response in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya regions. Today, the Fund operates in almost all regional centers and communities within the respective regions. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNCCC and provides programs for providing direct legal aid throughout Ukraine, facilitates changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into compliance with international human rights standards.

Position will be in the framework of -To provide direct provision of services to veterans and their families, as well as a civilian population affected by the consequences of war, paying special attention to those who live in remote areas or regions with insufficient service. • Development of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for the provision of social services to veterans, including case management and home care. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Training of Specialists of Social Assistance and Protecting Methods and Forms of Working with Veterans.

• Providing methodological support for the provision of social services to veterans, members of their families during the implementation of" Inclusive Protection Networks in Ukraine ". FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Coordination and participation in the development of innovative approaches to the provision of social services to veterans. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Organization and Conducting Trainings, Seminars and Other Educational Measures for Training of Specialists. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Readiness for frequent business trips for monitoring and maintaining social services in the regions. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Interaction with State and Non-Governmental Social Sector to ensure the effective implementation of pro-elastic goals. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Development of methodological materials, recommendations and other software documents for social work with veterans.

• Provision of Supervisory Support for Social Work Specialists who will provide services to veterans and their families. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Understanding and Compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund Policy. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Professional Requirements

  • Higher Education in Social, Humanities or Psychological Sciences. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">
