Our ideal candidate already worked with the health care market in the role of methodologist, product manager and training. For our part, we CANNOT consider candidates without these criteria:

• Availability of confirmed cases that you can demonstrate;
• Higher education, additional online education in methodology;
• Ability tocreate a learning model and content;
• Intelligencenyathe logic of building an educational product.

Your main tasks:

1. Design training programs, the client's path in training, determine control points and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the program and the work of students;
2. Help the author package the course and develop a motivation system and customer support;
3. Develop the content and tasks of the training taking into account the principles of pedagogical design;
4. Finish the current training content and develop a new one to improve training efficiency;
5. Develop and implement measuresto increase the effectiveness of training;
6. Conduct analysis of resultsof training statistics and results stream after completion of training;
7. Coordinate with the author of the product program/format training changes;
8. Form teaching aids, additional materialsfor students;
9. Analyze the product, target audience and competitors.
