Messenger Specialist (Retention) in EvoPlay

Evoplayis looking for a talented Messenger Specialistwith work experience on social networks, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming (preferred);
• Experience of working with full-cycle CRM systems;
• Experience in working with mass mailing tools, multi-channel communications;
• Knowledge of basic retention and email marketing metrics;
• Time management and multitasking.

Duties:

• Maintenance and production of regular mailings on various channels, work with bots; 
• Experience in the following channels: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram (preferred);
• Creating unique offers for different user segments;
• Automating campaigns by creating and setting up chains in CRM-system;
• Development of bonus mechanics and loyalty programs;
• Interaction with multi-functional teams (product, marketing, etc.)
