OSCHADBANK invites a Mental Health Specialist to the team strong>

Key tasks:

• participation in the development and implementation of projects on training and development of mental health of Bank employees;
• participation in development, implementation of tools, methods of counseling and training of Bank employees regarding mental health; 
• conducting individual and group consultations on mental health issues;
• analysis of appeals according to their profile and development of measures to reduce the level of anxiety and stress among Bank employees;
• participation in the preparation and conducting of a survey of Bank employees, analysis of the survey results, preparation of recommendations for the further use of the obtained results;
• analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of training programs in the direction of mental health;
• psychological support of veterans and their family members.

For this position, you need:

< li>higher psychological education;
• work experience of at least 5 years in the direction of counseling, trainings in psychological support and assistance;
• experience in conducting individual and group consultations on mental health issues;
• skills for dealing with stress states.
