We announce a competition for an open vacancy manager NPD (New Product Development).

Main duties:

Participation in the creation of RND & NPD strategy.

• Participation in the development of the NPD calendar plan for the year/quarter, formation and management of the portfolio of NPD projects in order to timely launch products on market.

• Coordinating working meetings by direction, working with briefs, cross-functional working meetings for the development and launch of products on the market.

• Coordinating the formation of a launch plan for the launch of products.

• Keeping full reporting on the direction, including PLR (post launch review) analysis, PFA sales NPD products, if necessary preparation presentations by direction.

• Conducting working meetings by direction and forming protocols, monitoring the execution of all fixed tasks within the defined timing.

• Maintenance of Private Label projects.

• Maintenance of a register of requests, briefs for new products, control of the formation of requests with all necessary and approved introductions

• < p>Formalization and actualization of the NPD process.

• Participation in the preparation of the NPD budget, programs and projects.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 2 years of experience in marketing/sales or production as a product manager, preferably in FMCG companies. Experience in the tea and coffee categories will be a big advantage.
• Able to build a trade-marketing strategy in the channel, calculate the effectiveness and feasibility of using the budget.
• Have knowledge of the main trade-marketing tools and their impact on sales.
• Have experience in planning and further evaluation of TMA effectiveness .
• You have experience in developing motivational programs for customers and the sales team
• You are a confident user of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, 1C.
• You have a high level of self-organization and ability organize the work of the team within the framework of the existing procedure and set priorities.
• Ready to make decisions independently within the framework of the given authority and bear responsibility.
• Have analytical thinking and highwhat communication skills.
