Who is our Medical Representative (Field Marketer)?

This is a key expert in the work and interaction with doctors, which deeply understands their problems, tasks and pains. He knows the of doctors well and builds partnership relations with them. Therefore, it is in the role of a medical representative to choose the necessary tools and activities for the implementation of the strategy of one's direction and to implement them.

The main goal of this role is to convey the value of the product to doctors and to form the necessary base of partners.

Area of ​​responsibility — responsible for the implementation of marketing activities for working with partners (doctors). 

What you will do in this role:

1. Conduct research on niche partners (doctors):

• Research doctor-partner segments for further communication;
• Research potential partners of opinion leaders;
• Test hypotheses and product solutions for clients.

2. On the basis of the strategy and conducted research, participate in the creation of marketing activities:

• Form the necessary list of activities and tools for work on delivering value;
• Form the topics of communication with partners (doctors);
• Plan activities to convey the value of the product to partners.

3. Implement planned activities to deliver value.

4. Analyze and provide feedback from partners. 

Tasks of ambitionand are quite new to this role, so the skin team of Medical Representatives will be accompanied and trained by an internal development coach.

This requires relevant knowledge and skills:

• Comprehension medicine/pharmaceuticals; 
• Skills of planning, organization and analysis;
