Responsibilities will include the planning and execution of training programs including but not limited to local and regional third-party events, workshops, cadaveric labs, mobile lab programs, and surgical observations in the field. This role supports the Central and Mid-Atlantic region of the country.Partner with Medical Education Teams to create and execute a field education strategy and execution including development of customized Education Plans for Teaching InstitutionsAlign field education strategy with Med Ed & Marketing OrganizationsLead the planning and execution of HCP field-based training; responsibilities include submitting requests for training equipment, cadavers, sawbones, consultants, creating educational materials, ec.Must initiate and develop processes that are efficient and accommodate the growth and needs of all constituencies (Trauma, F&A and UE)Partner with Mobile lab team to plan and execute local trainings in the fieldManage local and regional industry conference grant facilitation, meeting planning and execution with local/regional teamsProvide onsite support, as needed, to National Education Programs and National Third Party ProgramsUnderstand the local needs for education at a regional level to develop and execute plans, build metrics to understand success and gain buy in from LeadershipCoordinate and conduct both live and virtual trainings and programs that motivates, builds competence, and improves HCP educationAssess and evaluate results of trainings and programs to continuously improve experience for HCPsMaintain excellent partnership and coordination with Medical Education and marketing partners to ensure alignment with top prioritiesShare best practices across territories, with marketing, etc.Develop programs to adapt to customer needs and business prioritiesWhat You NeedBachelor’s degree required4+ years of work experience required2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
