Media Buying Director in Hantari, TOV

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing a media buying strategy to achieve the company's business goals.
2. Coordinating the work of the Media Buyers team: training , task performance control, support and motivation.
3. Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on the main platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
4. Analysis of campaign effectiveness by key indicators (ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM) and implementation of measures to improve them.
5. Management of budgets: distribution of funds, cost control and scaling of successful projects.
6. Search for new sources of traffic and establishment of partnerships.

7. Automating processes and integrating analytical tools to improve work efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Experience in leading a team and applying leadership skills.
2. Excellent understanding of advertising platforms and their algorithms.
3. Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
4. Successful experience in managing large budgets with high ROI indicator.
5. English language at the Upper Intermediate level or higher for working with international partners.
6. Analytical thinking, strategic approach and ability to work in conditions of high tension.
