Media Buyer (In-App) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Storyby is a tech startup focused on finding young star authors and building a content ecosystem — books, audio and video adaptations. We open the world to authors in whom we see the potential to create bestsellers. We develop products so that new best-selling stories can be read, listened to and interacted with through a variety of content. Our products are currently in active scaling with positive unit economics, namely AlphaNovel and DramaShorts. We have a team of 44 professionals who are building the future of the world of publishing and content of the XXI century.

AlphaNovel
Transactional subscription app available on iOS and Android platforms provide users with the best reading experience and listening to short stories. Seamlessly integrated game mechanics along with a reward system increase user engagement and satisfaction. AlphaNovel is a flagship product on which more than 12,000 writers have published their books and an active audience of over a million readers.

DramaShorts
An application for iOS and Android that immerses users in a world of bite-sized entertainment video screenings in Shorts format. Each adaptation is inspired by the best works of AlphaNovel. DramaShorts is currently in an active scaling phase with positive unit economics.

To find new growth points, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager , which will actively scale the In-App traffic user acquisition channel on AlphaNovel and DramaShorts.

What challenges await:
— Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for Unity, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola, and other Tier1 geo networks;
— Monitor and track key performance indicators across all campaigns - budget pace, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI;
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create and approve creatives.

What for us important:
—Experience of working with in-app networks from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company;
—Experience of working with the US, Canadian, Australian and Great Britain marketsof Italy;
—An approach to decision-making based on data. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it;
- Systematic and structured;
- Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Will be plus:
—Experience with Meta Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola advertising platforms;
—Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable;
—English at B2 level .
