Media buyer for Latin America in Semantika Plyus, TOV

Good afternoon. We are Scroogefrog.com - an Estonian-Ukrainian advertising agency that works with advertisers all over the world.
We are looking for an employee for a Media buyer position, whose duty will be to find and connect new publishers (portals news) of Spanish-speaking Latin America to our advertising network.
The main tasks will be:
1) conducting negotiations regarding the placement of our advertising on the sites publishers;
2) work with the existing base of publishers with whom no agreement was reached;
3) search for new publishers in the region using third-party databases of news portals.
Training and full support is provided at the start.
Necessary requirements:
1) ability to conduct business negotiations in Spanish
2) ability to conduct business correspondence in Spanish
3) the level of computer skills is higher than average (working with Google Docs, searching for information on Spanish-language sites), official employment.
Vacation 10 days. days per year Business trips to conferences are possible. Work from the office or remotely. Office: Mon.-Fri. 8 o'clock do day. Location: 7-10 min. on foot from st.m. P.Ukraine, Pecherska.
