Main Responsibilities:

• Creating and running effective advertising campaigns on Facebook;
• Testing new hypotheses, analyzing the results and adjusting the strategy;
• Active communication with the design team to ensure high quality of advertising materials;
< li>Constant tracking of results and campaign optimization according to set KPIs;
• Reporting and analytics based on campaign results.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Practical experience of managing advertising offices in Facebook from 1 year;
• Experience of managing advertising campaigns with budgets from $1000/day;
• Understanding key metrics: CTR, ROI, CPC, CPA and the ability to optimize them;
• Ability to use SPY services to expand the strategic possibilities of advertising campaigns;
• Skills in writing detailed TORs for designers that include clear instructions, visual examples, or independently creating creatives for advertising campaigns;
• Experience in moderating specific topics on Facebook;
• The ability to find non-standard solutions for tasks.
