Looking for an ambitious and experienced Performance Marketer / Media Buyer to strengthen our team and help scale the business through paid traffic channels.
We are not looking for a theorist - we need a practitioner who knows how to work with large budgets, understands the return on every dollar spent and is ready to take responsibility for result.
Our expectations from the candidate:
• Experience and cases: Proven experience of working with budgets from $5000 per month. The presence of a portfolio with specific results (CPA, ROAS, ROI).
• Mastery of Platforms: Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads
• English Proficiency: The level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2). You must be fluent in English-language interfaces, analyze foreign markets and, if necessary, prepare creatives in English.
• Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CAPI. The ability to build clear reports and make decisions based on data.
• Creative approach: Understanding the psychology of the client and the ability to set clear terms of reference for designers/videographers to create conversion creatives.
Main responsibilities:
• Development and launch of comprehensive promotion strategies in Meta and Google.
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Scaling of successful connections without loss of effectiveness.
• Conducting regular A/B tests (offers, audiences, landings).
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
