Who we are looking for

This is your option if:

— from 1 year of experience in media buying

— real confirmed profit from $15k+

— preferably experience on the network / search side (RSOC, search arbitrage, work with networks)

— not just "twisted", but you understand traffic economics and numbers

Areas of responsibility

— Launching, optimizing and scaling traffic in the crypto vertical

— Work with offers, networks, partners

- ROI, CPA, EPC analysis - decisions based on numbers, not intuition

— Search and test new connections / sources

— Scaling what really gives profit

What is important for the team

— Experience not only in Bing, but also in working with networks / search

— Understanding how to build long-term relationships, not one-time showers

- Independence: you know what you are doing and why

- Orientation on the result, not "process for the sake of process"
