• Work experience - from 3 years.
• experience in digital advertising, traffic. 
• Targeted Advertising (Meta, Tiktok, YouTube). 
• Understanding of contextual ads and (Google ADS, UAC) and its role in general performance strategies.
• Analysis of key metrics (sra, CAS, LTV, ROAS, RETENTION) platforms, be able to scale campaigns and optimize budgets. 
• Experience of scaling advertising campaigns and testing new connections. 
• Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Looker Studio skills. 

responsibilities:

• Targeted advertising management (Meta, Tik-Tok, YouTube)
• Effective Management of Marketing Budgets. Channels to attract clients. 
• Working with Analytics - Analysis of Traffic Indicators, Voronok, Adjustment to Stratepia.
• Research and testing of alternative channels. campaign, strategy adjustment, coordination of KPI. 
• Coordination of work with sub -sector and agencies (if involved in projects).
